Mast and Tower Safety Group (MATS)
Basic Tower Climbing & Rescue is a working at height training scheme codesigned to support the safety of those individuals who work on towers and masts in the telecommunications and broadcast industry. This is designed for use with first time climbers and offers an introduction to basic tower climbing and rescue.
Roof Access
This industry-approved Roof access training provides information on all aspects of roof access with a practical selection of scenarios you may encounter during working or surveying on roof environments.
Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness
Radio Frequency is present on many areas where your employees may work. This course is designed to explain in the hazards of working in such areas, and outlines the steps to be taken in order to ensure their safety. Identification of Radio Frequency areas, avoidance and first aid are covered on the course.
SHEA Telecommunications
EUSR/CSCS
The SHEA Telecoms course has been designed for all persons who require access to operational sites within the Telecommunications industry. This includes both permanent and temporary, including all levels of operatives, supervisors, and management.
LOLER
POD’s Personal Protection Equipment Inspection (LOLER 98) course will provide sufficient information to allow the delegates to form a judgement on the condition of an item of fall protection/personal lifting equipment.
Rope Access
This entry-level Rope Access course is based on the requirements of BS 7985. The course is designed for those who have specific trade skills but wish to use rope access as a method of gaining access to their workplace.
